announcements to appear in the Sunday paper,
the forms & photographs must be received at the
newspaper's office no later than 5 p.m. the Monday
before the Sunday of publication.

per column inch and Includes Internet Ad (Size
of Picture + Text) For examples see below or refer to
the size chart here. In
addition ads will be available online the day of publication
and 30 days thereafter.

Corrections -
We
will not re-run an announcement unless there
is a significant error that we made in processing the
announcement.
Original
photos work best & cannot be guaranteed.
The
minimum size photograph we will publish is 1 column
by
4 inches deep.
Professional
black & white photographs reproduce the best. Sharply
focused photographs are acceptable.
We
are not responsible for poor reproduction if the quality
of the
original photograph provided is poor and we will not
reimburse for poor reproduction in such conditions.
If
a photograph contains the name of the photographer,
we reserve
the right to alter it and eliminate the name. If we
cannot do this without damaging the photo, we will request
another picture.
Photographs
will be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed
stamped envelope, or they may be picked up in Customer
Service. All photos will be handled carefully, but the
paper cannot assume responsibility for any that might
be lost or damaged.
